40 Weeks!
I suppose we are getting closer and closer to the average... the average first time mom delivers at 40 weeks, and 5 days ... so we'll see!! Nothing significant has changed... still lots of contractions, still feel them low and around my back, but the intensity hasn't really increased, and they are not regular yet. This last week we started implementing some things that are supposed to "help" you start to labor, and some things are just old wives tales...
We started our 2-a-day walks last Monday, we have tried spicy food, italian food, mexican food, basil and oregano, lots of pineapple, and some other things that I probably shouldn't post ;) I also started drinking my red raspberry tea.
We are thinking about starting Evening Primrose Oil this week, but we will decide that after our appointment on Tuesday!
Some other suggestions people have given that we have NOT tried yet are black/blue cohosh, castor oil, and a steak dinner with a glass of red wine. Those will all be LAST resorts!!
So does anyone else have any other ideas? Things you have heard or things you have done?
